Rules of the XILENCE SC2 Cup
Today, we would like to remind you about our rules of our Xilence StarCraft 2 Cup. Apart from this, we changed some of the rules and added some new. A new mappool will follow next week. Click on READ MORE for a complete overview of our latest rules.

Competo StarCraft II Cup Rules & Regulations (Quakenet #sc2.Competo)
Important: prize money can only be sent via paypal or moneybookers!
- Official Channel to contact your opponent is #sc2.Competo on Quakenet
- “best of one“ mode till quarterfinals
- Quarterfinals to semifinals “best of three” mode
- final “best of five” mode
- first map in a “best of x” match is determined by the tournament administration
- the player has to set up dnd status as long as he is streamed
- default wins will be assigned every 15 minutes!
- Players have to be open for messages. If you block messages from players that are not in your list, you can be disqualified from the cup
-Players have to accept cupadmins and official casters as observer. If you want to have some other observers, both Players have to agree.
Map is the losers' choice afterwards. A map may only played once during a “best of x”
- loser has to report his defeat on the website
- with the semifinals, every player has to send his replays to info@competo-sports.org
- cheats are forbidden
- The following maps will be played:
- In case of disconnect in the first 4 minutes of the game, it will be restarted, if there was no first-opponent-contact.
- If a player disconnects after 4 minutes into the game, it is the choice of the opponent whether the game will be restarted or not
- If the disconnected player obviously won the game, the replay must be uploaded to a referee
The Competo StarCraft II Cup rules can be changed or expanded by the organizers at any point
